1. Q: Can you make my custom brand logo?
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service.
2. Q: Can you accept small order?
A: The MOQ is about 800PCS per style/color. Less than 800PCS is depending on different situations (if using our in stock fabric, it is acceptable).
3. Q: Can you offer free sample?
A: We will charge a little sample fee, but it will be returned when you place order to us. And the Freight is collected to your side.
4. Q: When sample available?
A: 7-10 days.
5. Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Normally around 70 days after order confirmed depending on off season or peak season.
6. Q: Can you offer me a discount?
A: Our policy is the more you order the cheaper, so we will offer you a discount based on your order quantity.
7. Q: What's your payment term?
A: For first order, we only accept 20-30% T/T down payment, the balance by T/T or LC at sight. For repeat orders, we could accept other payment terms, for example 100% T/T, LC at sight.
